The project is a densification development located in Martinlaakso, Vantaa, at the corner of Laajavuorentie and Raiviosuonkatu. The site previously contained surface parking spaces. We prepared a supplementary zoning plan for the site in cooperation with developer SATO and the City of Vantaa.
Constructed by SRV, the site now includes market-rate funded owner-occupied apartments, commercial space, and a parking facility.
The project comprises a seven-storey residential building with 103 market-rate apartments, along with commercial and workspace premises, and a parking facility serving plots 5 and 6. The building was completed in 2020.
A zoning amendment was prepared for the site in 2015 in cooperation with the city and the landowner. The design is based on the reference plans prepared for the zoning amendment.
